The arrival of your frame marks the start of your J.Laverack journey and whilst we’ll be wishing you bon voyage we recognise that you may need help or have new questions. We pride ourselves on our after sales service and all members of our team will be only too happy to help post purchase.

For questions regarding your J.Laverack frame, framset or bicycle please contact us using aftersales@jlaverack.co.uk.

Orders can be placed online for delivery to the UK and internationally. If ordering outside the UK please contact us prior to payment to ensure accurate postage costs.

If ordering using our ‘You imagine it – we build it’ service please contact us prior to ordering and we will send you a personalised link for your order.

Once we have received payment your J.Laverack frame, frameset or bicycle will take between 5-6 weeks to arrive.

If there are any delays in sourcing components for framesets or complete builds due to supply shortages we will make you aware of this at the earliest opportunity and provide alternative options where appropriate.

Complete bicycles are delivered ready to ride. Once you’ve taken the bicycle out of the box you’ll simply need to turn the handlebars, fit the pedals and then let the adventures begin.

In the unexpected event that you are not completely happy with your J.Laverack frame, frameset or bicycle or there is a fault, please contact us using returns@jlaverack.co.uk.

As each of our frames, framesets and bicycles is built to order we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless there is a fault. If you do wish to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours of payment. We will make every effort to accommodate customers wishing to cancel their orders after this time where possible.
