Available in road, all-road and gravel bike options, AM64 integrates a full carbon seat tube that passes through additively manufactured titanium lugs at the seat cluster and bottom bracket, reducing weight and enhancing compliance while retaining the flowing, minimalist aesthetic that defines the AM64 Carbon range.

AM64 Carbon represents our high-performance and innovative titanium frame design, pairing additive manufacturing, double butted tubes and carbon fibre to create a smooth and clean aesthetic, complemented by fully internal cable routing.
The head tube, bottom bracket, seat-lug and dropouts are additively manufactured and designed parametrically. This allows for a fully bespoke geometry or any standard size between 44cm and 64cm whilst maintaining timeless smooth intersections between the printed areas and the tubes.
Taking advantage of our range of award winning frame geometries, AM64 Carbon technology is now available on all J.Laverack models, ranging from our road and gravel bikes through to our mountain bikes and urban bikes.

HIDDEN CABLES

By using the ENVE In-route system combined with our elegant 3D printed titanium headtube, we can hide all cables inside the frame. Once inside the frame, the cables remain hidden through the bottom bracket thanks to our Streamline BSA threaded bottom bracket design.

SEAMLESS DESIGN

Our elegant Streamline BSA threaded bottom bracket shell design has evolved taking advantage of additive manufacturing.
A new flowing and contoured headtube features an engraved gryphon. There are no visible welds where the tubes join; instead the headtube flows freely into the downtube and top tube.
Additional features include detailed engraving and a 3D-printed titanium seatpost topper, uniting precision engineering with sculptural beauty.

50 COMMEMORATIVE FRAMES

The first 50 commemorative AM64 Carbon frames of each model (J.ACK, GRiT, R J.ACK, CONTOUR, PiLOT) will be numbered. The hand brushed or bead blasted graphic is located on the lower part of the down tube in such a way you can still see it whilst riding the bike.

BESPOKE SIZING

Take advantage of our in-house fitting expert, bike designer and co-founder David Clow and our state of the art IDMatch bike fit equipment for the perfect made to measure and fully bespoke bicycle or opt for a standard size from our extensive list of sizes ranging from 44cm through to 64cm.
Following a bike fit at our Rutland HQ, each 3D printed titanium lug on the AM64 Carbon frame is parametrically adjusted to achieve a frame that is bespoke to the individual with millimetre precision.
