About the role

As our Customer Sales Manager you will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer journey for J.Laverack and ÆRA customers from enquiry, to post product delivery.

 

About you

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a positive can-do attitude. An organised and structured approach, along with strong communication skills are essential in this role.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Be responsible for initial customer communications, acting as a personal ‘Soigneur’ with a focus on
    assisting customers with information and advice.
  • Host customer showroom visits.
  • Respond to customer questions and requests with care and in a timely manner, ensuring alignment to
    our brand values and tone of voice.
  • Proactively nurture customer enquiries ensuring they are followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Provide customers with regular updates and information on order progression.
  • Investigate and resolve queries ensuring customer concerns are handled with care.
  • Contact customers after receipt of their product to get feedback on the experience as well as the product.
  • Ensure that key customer service and sales metrics are achieved.
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks as and when required; this may also include attending
    industry events and shows.

 

Your knowledge and experience

The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate the following:

Essential:

  • Experience in a similar B2C role.
  • Highly personable with a positive, can do attitude.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Experience of delivering against KPIs.
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills in a sales environment.

Desirable:

  • Cycling industry experience.
  • Experience of working for a premium/luxury brand.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems.

A passion for cycling is a plus but not essential.

 

Additional info:

  • Core working hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
  • The role is based at our Oakham showroom.
  • There may be a requirement to work occasional Saturdays and Sundays.
