The arrival of your frame marks the start of your J.Laverack journey and whilst we’ll be wishing you bon voyage we recognise that you may need help or have new questions. We pride ourselves on our after sales service and all members of our team will be only too happy to help post purchase.

Orders can be placed online for delivery to the UK and internationally. If ordering outside the UK please contact us prior to payment to ensure accurate postage costs.

At the point you are ready to commission your J.Laverack Bicycle we ask for a 50% deposit. Once we have received your deposit this signifies the start date of your order and is the point at which we begin work on your frame drawing based on the specification and options we have discussed and agreed with you. All frames are made specifically to your requirements as well as for the groupset you have chosen making each frame unique to you. Once everything has been finalised production of your bespoke frame or bicycle can begin. Whilst it is sometimes possible to change some components during the manufacturing process, where compatibility allows, it is not possible to change the frame specification once production has started. Due to the unique and bespoke nature of every frame made to order deposits on frames and bicycles are non-refundable.
At the point you pay a deposit for your J.Laverack frame or bicycle you will be advised on the current estimated lead time (typically 10 to 12 weeks). This estimate does not take into account unforeseen circumstances and so is not guaranteed, however we always endeavour to deliver your frame or bicycle to you within the estimated lead time. If there are any delays we will make you aware at the earliest opportunity and suggest alternative options where appropriate.

In the unexpected event that you are not completely happy with your J.Laverack frame, frameset or bicycle or there is a fault, please contact us using returns@jlaverack.co.uk.

As each of our frames, framesets and bicycles is built to order we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless there is a fault. If you do wish to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours of payment. We will make every effort to accommodate customers wishing to cancel their orders after this time where possible.
