About the role

As our brand continues to grow an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, and proactive office/business assistant to join our small team. 

An organised, structured and logical approach, along with strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude are essential in this role. 

As office/business assistant you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office, supporting the co-owners with a range of tasks from general office admin and diary management to coordinating projects and events.


Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support the co-owners with diary management including scheduling customer appointments and test rides
  • Support co-owners with day to day admin and HR tasks including organising and filing NDA’s, managing team annual leave and scheduling team 121’s
  • Meet and greet customers, visitors and suppliers to the showroom
  • Support with the coordination of projects, including organising agenda’s, taking minutes, and following up on agreed actions
  • Drive collaboration within the wider team by leading team huddles and highlighting priorities where necessary
  • Coordinate and organise events and team rides
  • Support the wider team as directed by co-owners with ad hoc tasks as and when required; this may also include attending industry events and shows.


Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role you should clearly demonstrate the following:


  • Experience in a similar role<
  • Highly personable with a positive, can do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly organised and proactive but flexible to changes
  • Logical with strong attention to detail
  • Able solve problems and articulate resolutions clearly and concisely
  • Able to pre-empt, prioritise and multitask
  • Experience of bringing teams together and getting things done!


  • Experience of working for a premium/luxury brand

A passion for cycling is a plus but not essential for this role.


Additional info

  • Core working hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • The role is based at our Oakham showroom.
