Developed over 20 months and inspired by a 2017 J.Laverack track project, Speedform breaks free from traditional tube-based constraints, using three precision 3D-printed titanium sections welded seamlessly into a sculpted aerodynamic form.

“This is the first time we’ve really placed aerodynamics and performance ahead of anything else. The result is an aerodynamically focussed road bike that’s made entirely from additive manufacturing.” David Clow – Co-Founder

Key design highlights include:
● Dropped seat stays for aerodynamic advantage and stiffness
● Internal cable routing and T47 bottom bracket
● Optimised for 30mm tyres, compatible up to 32mm+
● Additively manufactured KT1 seatpost and optional integrated stem
“Speedform is a statement of what’s possible when additive manufacturing meets craftsmanship,” says Oliver Laverack, Co-founder. “It’s elegant, efficient, and engineered for pure speed.”

Following a bike fit at our Rutland HQ, each 3D printed Speedform frame is parametrically adjusted to achieve a frame that is bespoke to the individual with millimetre precision.
