To incorporate the Mahle system without compromising aesthetics, we have utilised our expertise in additive manufacturing. The AM64 platform combines 3D printed titanium lugs with double-butted titanium tubes, creating a smooth, sculpted frame with seamless transitions. This same approach has enabled precise integration of the e-bike system.

At the heart of the new model is the Mahle X20 system, widely regarded as one of the most advanced rear-hub motor solutions available. Known for its minimal weight, intelligent assistance and near-silent operation, the system enables a riding experience that closely mirrors that of a traditional bicycle.With a peak torque of 65Nm and peak power output of 275W, the X20 delivers smooth, responsive assistance that enhances rather than dominates the ride. Three customisable power modes can be tuned via the Mahle app, allowing riders to tailor support levels to their preferences and terrain.
Battery capacity offers a range of up to 200km, with an optional range extender adding up to a further 55km via a bottle cage-mounted unit. Charging is efficient and practical, reaching 80% capacity in under two hours using a 4A charger.
The Mahle X20 platform is fully compatible across the AM64 range, including PiLOT (urban) R J.ACK (road), J.ACK (all-road), GRiT (gravel) and CONTOUR (hardtail), enabling riders to configure a power-assisted bike tailored precisely to their riding style.
